How It Works
Subflock is a really simple employee benefit.
Step 1: Get set up and set an employee budget
Get in touch and we'll get you set up on the platform. We'll add your employees to a list and you set an annual budget for each employee to use.

Step 2: Employees use Subflock
Employees browse the Subflock marketplace and join any clubs they like themselves!

Step 3: Employees request reimbursement from us
Once they've joined and paid their membership fee, employees send invoice requests to us and we handle reimbursement them for an amount up to your annual budget for that employee.
For example, for a budget of £50 but membership cost of £100, we'll reimburse the employee £50.

Step 4: You get a single monthly invoice
We send your business a single, aggregated monthly invoice for all reimbursements + our fee (20%). You only pay us based on actual budget used by your employees through Subflock.
